Welcome to Prism Optic. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use https://www.prism-optic.com/ or purchase products from us.

The Site is operated by Ottico prismatico (“Prism Optic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded in your country or region.

1. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and specifications are accurate. Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of displays, lighting or product updates. Images may show accessories that are not included unless stated on the product page.

Please check the product description and compatibility before ordering. Contact us if a particular measurement, feature or compatibility requirement is important to your purchase.

2. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated order email confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. We may verify payment, inventory, delivery information and legal requirements before acceptance.

We may correct an obvious pricing or description error, refuse an order, or cancel an order before dispatch because of unavailable stock, failed payment, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or legal requirements. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.

Prices, currencies, shipping charges and taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Shipping, customs and delivery

Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown on the Site or at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or local restrictions. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

If we cannot dispatch within a time we expressly promised, we will notify you and offer any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law. Customs checks, carrier disruption and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

4. Local laws and product restrictions

Optical, tactical and related products may be restricted in some locations. You are responsible for making sure that purchasing, importing, owning, installing and using a product is lawful in your location.

You must not purchase, export, transfer, resell or use our products in violation of applicable import, export, sanctions, weapons or other laws. We may request additional information, refuse a destination or cancel an order where reasonably necessary for legal compliance.

5. Order changes and cancellations

To request a change or cancellation, email [email protected] as soon as possible and include your order number. We will try to help, but cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right available to you remains unaffected.

6. 30-day returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.

For a change-of-mind return, the product must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received, with its included parts and accessories. The customer is responsible for return shipping for a change-of-mind return, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If a product is damaged on arrival, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly and include photographs or video where reasonably helpful. Where the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate repair, replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping where required.

Returned products are inspected after arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original expedited shipping, import duties and third-party charges are refundable only where required by law or where the problem was caused by us. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.

We may reduce a refund only where permitted by law—for example, if handling beyond what was reasonably necessary has reduced the product’s value. The 30-day policy does not limit any longer or additional right available under applicable consumer law.

7. Warranty and product problems

Any manufacturer or commercial warranty that applies will be stated on the product page or in the documentation supplied with the product. Such a warranty is additional to any statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation or use outside published instructions may not be covered by a commercial warranty, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Safe and lawful use

Read and follow the instructions and warnings supplied with a product. Products must be securely installed, checked before use and used only for lawful purposes. If you are unsure about installation or compatibility, consult a qualified professional.

9. Intellectual property

The Site’s original text, photographs, graphics, logo and layout are owned by or licensed to Prism Optic and are protected by applicable laws. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You may use the Site for personal shopping purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit Site content without permission, except where the law permits.

10. Reviews and submitted content

Reviews and other content you submit must be truthful, lawful and must not infringe another person’s rights. You allow us to display and use that content in connection with the Site and our products. You retain ownership of your content. We may remove unlawful, abusive, misleading or irrelevant content, but will not change a review to misrepresent the reviewer’s opinion.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by unlawful use, misuse, incorrect installation, events outside our reasonable control, or indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, operations or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. The Terms in effect when an order is accepted generally apply to that order.

14. Applicable law and disputes

Your purchase is subject to the laws and mandatory consumer protections applicable to the transaction. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing a claim before a court or authority permitted under applicable law.
